I was wondering what youre able to do with the free trial
such as able to quarintine and delete scanned files that appear to be threats

Free trial version is able to detect the threats but not removing them. You have to purchase it to do so.

When I run this Windows Defender, which is automatically coming with Windows 10, it says no threats have been found
Although when I run the TotalAV scan, it says there are 10 threats found

Your computer is already protected by TotalAV. It protects your devices from unauthorized accesses, malware, spyware, and viruses from damaging your computer and devices.

So you're saying me having Windows Defender which is automatically put on my PC and then downloading TotalAV will make TotalAV detect Windows Defender classifying it as a threat
